Include your device model, your Android version and the app version so we can reproduce the issue.
Before you write
- “No hand detected” or “We couldn’t read your palm”? Use bright, even light, keep your palm flat with the fingers apart and fit your whole hand inside the outline. A photo from your gallery works too. Readings need an internet connection.
- “Too many readings”? Our reading service is busy: wait the few seconds the app counts down, then tap Try again.
- No reminders? Allow notifications for Hastgy in your phone’s settings.
- Want the app in another language? Open Settings → Language: English, Español, Português, العربية, Nederlands, Français, Deutsch, हिन्दी, Italiano, Polski, Русский, Türkçe or Tiếng Việt.
- Data request? Name the right you are exercising (access, rectification, erasure) so we can route it correctly.
